Quick Connect Circuit Breakers

A lot of people who regularly use or sell automotive circuit breakers are aware that the breakers are available with standard stud terminals.

However automotive circuit breakers are also available with 1/4" quick-connect terminals as well.  The quick-connect terminals allow for faster and easier installations, especially in tight spaces.

Quick-connect terminals are available on Type I (automatic reset), Type II (modified reset), and Type III (manual reset) models as well as both plastic and metal case versions.

The circuit breakers are rated at 12 or 24 VDC and from 10A to 50A.

Due to the current limitations of quick-connect connectors, most 1/4" quick connects should be used only in circuits 20A and below, but this is a limitation of the connector, not the circuit breakers themselves.

You may not have a current need for circuit breakers with quick-connect terminals, but it’s sure is nice to know you have an option if and when you do.

Thank you very much for supporting OptiFuse as we try to present new options to you.
