Fuse pullers and testers are truly important ONLY when you don’t have one available. They tend to save your fingernails from breaking and can be extremely useful when trying to determine which fuse is open.
OptiFuse manufactures a variety of tester / pullers for automotive applications.
The PUL-03 and PUL-04 are basic pullers that are generally included in fuse kits.
The PUL-05 and PUL-06 are fuse pullers as well as a fuse tester. The fuse testers has an internal power source so they can be used independently to test the fuse continuity.
Just touch the top of the automotive blade fuse (there is no need to actually remove the fuse from the fuse panel)...if the green LED light illuminates...the fuse is good to go.
The PUL-05 is used for "regular" type blade fuses (APR / ATO / ATC) and the PUL-06 is used for "mini" type blade fuses (both long and short blade types).
A fuse tester / puller is an essential part of any glove box emergency kit and every vehicle should have a one.
And if your business produces fuse assortment kits, then you should be including a tester puller with every kit you sell.
I realize that tester / pullers are an "after-thought" to most people...but when you need one...they are very handy to have...
Thank you very much for your continued support of OptiFuse where it’s the little things that make a big difference
