OptiFuse Sales personnel are available from 6:30am – 4pm Pacific Time, Monday through Thursday and 6:30am – 3pm on Fridays, to enter your order or answer any questions you may have. We value receiving and sending information in a timely manner, so messages or e-mails left after hours will be promptly answered the following business day.
In order to better serve our customers, building a network of trusted, informed, and trained partners is one of our primary goals. Because of this, OptiFuse is only able to sell through its extensive network of authorized distributors.

Our products are readily available through a selected network of online distributors. Please go to our Buy Online section in the Find a Distributor page and check the availability of a product in our online distributors websites.
Besides, OptiFuse has an extensive inventory of the most popular over-current and over-voltage protective devices at our warehouse in California. If we have the item you are looking for in-stock at our facility, that item can be ordered through your local distributor and dropped shipped to you at no additional cost to you the following day (however you are still responsible for paying any expedited freight charges).
There is also the possibility that your item might be readily available at another distributor.

We would be happy to send you a sample of any product you are considering purchasing at no cost to you. If you are located outside of North America, we only ask that you please pay the cost of freight to your specific location.

OptiFuse does not require any of its authorized distributors to purchase or maintain a minimum inventory of OptiFuse products to establish or remain an authorized OptiFuse distributor.
However, it should be noted that OptiFuse does recommend that all authorized distributors maintain a sufficient level of local inventory to properly service your customer base. Failure to keep the proper inventory may result in long-leads times and the possibility of losing your customers to another distributor who has the items in-stock.

An electronic price guide for most of OptiFuse’s standard items is available to all authorized distributors. Pricing is determined by the part number and number of parts to be purchased. Certain “blanket” or scheduled orders can be accepted to help reduce the piece price.

OptiFuse’s standard payment terms to its authorized distributors are “net 30 days” from the time of shipment upon approved credit. Credit approval of new accounts can take up to 10 business-days. Payment is accepted in U.S. dollars only.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are also accepted (through PayPal).

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The standard INCO terms of OptiFuse are “FOB – shipping point” with the customer responsible for their own shipping costs from the OptiFuse warehouse in California. Typically, we can arrange shipments of our products by most common carriers, as specified by our customers. This includes UPS, FedEx, DHL or most over-the-road trucking companies.
Many customers prefer to use their own shipping account, however it is also possible to use OptiFuse UPS or FedEx account with the actual freight charges added to your invoice (no service charges will be added).
Same-day shipments are generally available on most in-stock products if orders are received by OptiFuse before 12pm – Pacific Time.

Orders for in-stock items will normally ship the same day or next day. Priority shipments of in-stock items must be received by 2pm Pacific Time to insure same-day shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships. If your order was shipped by UPS or FedEx, a tracking number will be included on the shipping confirmation allowing you to electronically track your shipment via the shipper’s website or app.
We are committed to provide you with the best service possible. OptiFuse offers a 7-day (from the date of receipt) refund, replacement or credit policy on all new, unused and undamaged products. Returns due to confirmed product defects, workmanship or shipping errors may be returned up to 30-days from the time of receipt and is not subject to return-freight policy below.
Special orders (including blanket orders and large-quantity order) may be non-cancellable and/or non-returnable. Products and quantities, subject to this limitation, will always be identified at the time of ordering.
Please note that the purchaser shall bear the cost of shipping on products returned and that any item delivered via trucking cannot be refused or returned for credit once in transit.
All returns must be pre-approved by applying for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA).

Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 2-3 business days with a Return Materials Authorization Number and instructions for sending back the items. Returned items without an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Return freight charge must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
OptiFuse warrants that its products will conform with all pertinent specifications and will be free from defects caused by faulty materials and workmanship.
There are several additional important terms and conditions to the above OptiFuse product warranty. Please visit OptiFuse’s Terms and Conditions of Sale to locate and read the complete warranty policy.
The applicable warranty period for all products is the 60-day period after shipment from OptiFuse. At no time is OptiFuse responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit (if this occurs, you should file a claim with your carrier).
Proposition 65 is a State of California regulatory law which requires businesses and individuals, who sell products in the State of California, to provide warnings to people when significant amounts of toxic chemical compounds and elements are present in their products.
The State of California has identified specific chemical compounds and elements that may cause cancer, birth defects and/or reproductive harm. A complete list of these chemical compounds and elements, as well as the maximum levels of exposure, can be found at https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov.
All products sold by OptiFuse comply with current Prop 65 requirements by adding the appropriate warning labels to inner and outer carton packaging when mandated.
OptiFuse recognizes its responsibility to a maintain a safe and ecologically friendly planet and is committed to providing products that meet or exceed RoHS directives and REACH regulations.
All of OptiFuse products are free of lead and suppliers of raw material have been surveyed as to comply with conflict mineral regulations.
