ANR80-UL: 80 V DC Standard Blade Fuses (UL Recognized)

Close up of OptiFuse ANR80-UL ATO/ATC blade fuses (80VDC)

Modern 36-48 V platforms need higher-voltage blade fuses without changing the familiar ATO/ATC style. ANR80-UL delivers exactly that: a regular (ATO/ATC Style) fuse, UL Recognized, rated 80 V DC with 1 kA DC interrupt-rating, color-coded, and available from 500mA to 40A.

Highlights:

  • Style: Regular blade (ATO/ATC)
  • Voltage Rating: 80 V DC
  • Interrupting Rating: 1,000A at 80 V DC

Why do Engineers pick the ANR80-UL?

  • This blade fuse allows engineers to have 80VDC headroom in a familiar footprint, oftentimes meaning less time is spent redesigning when adding more system loads
  • UL recognition + 1kA DC AIC keeps you inside spec on higher-voltage branches

Recommended holders & accessories

ANR80-UL fits into most standard ATO/ATC hardware, so in many cases you can upgrade to 80 V DC fusing without redesigning your panel. Below are typical pairings by application.

In-line Fuse holders: LPR-01/ LPR-02 (IP67) / LPR-03

Use these when you need branch-circuit protection out in the harness instead of on a panel. LPR-01 is a general purpose in-line fuse holder, LPR-02 adds environmental sealing for harsher locations, and LPR-03 is suited for heavier-gauge wiring and higher-current runs.

Fuse blocks: BLR-1212-G (12-pole), BLR-806 (modular design, 6P)

These blocks centralize multiple ANR80-UL fuses in one place. BLR-1212-G is a 12-position distribution block for dashboards and control panels, while BLR-806  is a compact, modular option that can be used alone or combined as your system grows.

Add-A-Fuse: LPR-08 / LPR-08-L (Left-hand exit) / LPR-08-3 (3 poles)

These adapters plug into an existing ATO/ATC fuse cavity and give you one or more new fused outputs. LPR-08 is ideal for adding accessories or control loads to an existing 36-48V circuit without cutting into the OEM harness.

PCB Clips: CNR-01/ CNR-06, 15-30A board-mounting options.

For board-level designs, CNR-01 and CNR-06 clips let you mount ANR80-UL directly on a PCB. They provide a secure, serviceable way to protect DC-DC converters, controllers, and I/O cards using the same blade fuse format as the rest of the system.
