OptiFuse Statement on Coronavirus (COVID-19)
The OptiFuse management team has been carefully monitoring the worldwide outbreak of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our employees, customers, partners and communities is our top priority.
With each passing day, new information becomes available which allows us to make better decisions and determine the best course of action. Currently, our company remains open for business during normal working hours (7am – 5pm PDT).
Our customer service department is on-site and available to take your phone calls and reply to your
e-mail inquiries. Our warehouse personnel are working hard to ensure that you get your deliveries correct and on-time, and our accounting staff is ready to help assist you with any payment issues.
In addition to our front-line staff, our sales and marketing teams will be working from their home offices while continuing to provide you with pre-sale and post-sale support. All of our sales and marketing team members are equipped with mobile devices, allowing you to contact them easily.
As most of you are aware, the majority of our products are manufactured in Taiwan rather than China. To date, the COVID-19 virus has not impacted our Taiwanese factories to the extent it has impacted factories in China. However, the entire global supply chain has been affected in terms of raw materials and transportation issues; because of this, we are anticipating shipping delays.
Due to the current supply chain issues, we are expecting delivery delays of up to 2-4 weeks longer than our standard lead-times.
Please also note that OptiFuse has a significant amount of inventory in its California warehouse, ready to ship, should a line-down situation occur.
Although we are closely monitoring and assessing this ever-evolving situation, we are currently estimating that our supply chain will be affected for at least the next several months.
We thank you for all of your support, understanding and patience during this unprecedented time. We are hopeful that the COVID-19 pandemic will be under control shortly.
